Warranty and Limited Return

COOLUNCLE RETURN AND CARE POLICY

Limited Return Terms & Conditions

  1. Limited Return Guarantee allows customers to exchange their frames.
  2. The guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date the order is received by the customer.
  3. This guarantee applies only to frames (lenses are not included).
  4. Customers may exchange their frame for another model with a smaller lens diameter (lens fitting) or a different frame. If the lenses do not fit, customers must purchase new lenses or proceed with a frame-only exchange.
  5. The lens color exchange warranty applies only to non-prescription (plano) lenses.
  6. If there is a price difference, the customer is required to cover the additional cost.
  7. A shipping subsidy of IDR 10,000 is provided (any excess shipping cost is borne by the customer).
  8. Processing time for exchanges is 2–5 business days after the returned eyewear is received.

Lifetime Acetate Polish Terms & Conditions

  1. Lifetime Acetate Polish Guarantee applies exclusively to Cooluncle products made from acetate material.
  2. The polishing service is free of charge.
  3. Polishing is only available for specific accessible areas of the frame.
  4. Customers are required to contact Cooluncle CRM for consultation regarding frame condition before proceeding.
  5. The polishing process does not guarantee a like-new finish but helps minimize minor scratches and surface defects.
  6. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  7. Processing time is 2–5 business days after the eyewear is received.

Defective Lens or Frame Warranty (Valid For 7 Days After Delivery)

  2. Unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the defect or issue, and it must be recorded in one continuous shot from start to finish.
  3. Ship the eyewear for exchange to the following address:
    Ruko Shopping Arcade, Jl. Selokan Mataram No. 7 (2 units west of De Beaute By Vy & Vy, look for the “VKD Office” sign on the front door) Kledokan, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta 55198, Indonesia.
  4. The replacement or repair process will take approximately 2–3 business days after we receive the item.

Incorrect Lens Prescription Warranty (Valid for 7 Days After Delivery)

  2. Proof of prescription check from an optical store is required.
  3. Send the glasses for exchange to the following address:

Incorrect Lens Prescription Warranty covers:

  • Axis Cylinder discrepancies from the provided prescription.
  • Prescription power discrepancies from the provided prescription.

This warranty does not apply if the lenses match the provided prescription.
